Challenge
After more than 20 years in the market, Qualilog had built strong relationships with its clients and partners, but faced a challenge in terms of brand perception: it was primarily seen as a “necessary evil” — a company hired to handle bureaucratic processes related to employee onboarding and occupational health management. In addition, its previous visual identity lacked differentiation and was easily replicated, making it difficult to establish a distinctive and recognizable presence in the market. The name itself was also closely associated with a specific service, being used by other companies in different contexts.
Approach
Based on these challenges, we identified that changing the brand name could significantly contribute to repositioning the company and breaking away from the perception built over the years. More than a name change, it would represent a milestone in a new phase for the company, aligned with its internal restructuring process.Within this context, our main objective was to evolve the brand without losing what had already been established. The new identity needed to preserve the Caregiver archetype, reflecting proximity, attentiveness, and commitment to people, while also reinforcing one of Qualilog’s most essential attributes: the sense of security and trust built throughout its history
